Clipra lets you find salons and book with them. This page explains what we keep and why.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email, mobile number (if you give it) and a scrambled copy of your password.
• Your bookings: the salon, treatment, time, price and any note you write.
• Basic technical records (such as sign-in times) to keep accounts safe.

Who sees it

The salon you book with sees your name, contact details and the booking, so they can serve you and contact you about it. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long

Your account stays until you delete it (Account > Delete account). Salons keep their record of visits that happened, as businesses must.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in your account, delete it at any time, or email hello@clipra.co.uk for a copy of your data. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms. No tracking or advertising cookies.
