• Clipra passes your booking to the salon. The treatment itself is between you and the salon, and you pay the salon.
• Some salons confirm each booking themselves; until then it shows as waiting in My bookings.
• You can cancel online up to the time each salon sets. After that, please call the salon.
• Please only book times you mean to keep. Salons can mark missed bookings.
• Keep your password to yourself. We may close accounts that are misused.
